Responsibilities

Identify problem areas on existing facilities and infrastructure systems

Research opportunities for improvements and determine best path to implement solutions

Present findings and recommendations to leadership and to the customer using self developed scopes of works and estimates

Execute the project as the facilities project manager

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

Direct supervision of engineering design, construction management or general construction trades or professionals

Ability to travel frequently to support multiple projects at multiple Lockheed Martin locations

Travel is both CONUS and OCONUS

The ability to travel with less than 1 week advance notice is required

Total estimated travel for this position = up to 50% per year

Preferred

Relatable project experience with Building management systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Relatable project experience with FDD (Fault Detection Diagnostic) tools

Relatable project experience with SCIF and SAPF construction projects, specifically ICD705 + Tempest and DOD NISPOM standards
