Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating individualized motivational sessions that leverage gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate practical insights
Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading standards

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent credential)
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to adjust instruction based on student interactions with these tools
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of these campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
