SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

DCG ONE is one of the largest privately held marketing service providers in the country, based in Seattle. The Senior Account Executive position is responsible for aggressively growing sales, managing accounts, and providing customer service to DCG ONE clientele.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
Stay aware of the current market and industry
Keep Sales informed of any issues (missed deliveries, customer complaints/concerns, vendor issues, etc.)
Ensure product offering and positioning are consistent with DCG ONE brand proposition
Meets budget requirements and communicates any variances
Utilize project tracking software and ensure information is relevant and current
Work with new customer program implementation team to ensure all deliverables are met according to customer specifications and needs
Make sales contacts, research customer needs, and develop applications of products and services
Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
Participate in the development of new products, modification of existing products, and termination of ineffective products
Manage technical aspects of committees and working groups
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines

Required

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in outside sales
Degree in Sales or equivalent experience
Technical Knowledge of manufacturing and printing practices
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience conducting sales skills training
Proven Leadership skills and success in a sales territory
Familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to use own vehicle for sales calls

Prolonged sitting and extensive data entry and typing
