Responsible for the daily operation of the small molecule X-ray facility
Coordinate instrument time and allocation
Responsible for maintenance of instrumentation
Service contract work
Develop and implement policies for efficient and safe facility operation
Develop strategic plans for the laboratory
Preparation of reports
Budget requests and grant proposals to upgrade/modernize facility instrumentation
Implement/maintain web-based structural results database
