Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of connection between stakeholder teams (e.g., supply chain, stores, merchandising) and internal build teams (Catalog engineering, data partners, innovation pods)
Translate stakeholder problems into clear solution shapes: what needs to exist, what “good” looks like, what must be true for adoption, and what we will measure
Shape a strategy for how Catalog solutions should be built and delivered across multiple efforts—so the portfolio moves in one direction and produces reusable outcomes
Drive value realization: define success measures up front (coverage, quality, adoption, and business impact) and ensure teams can show progress with credible metrics
Identify where overlapping efforts are creating duplicated work or conflicting outputs; drive alignment and a practical path to a single approach
Communicate progress to leadership in a decision-ready way: what’s working, what’s at risk, what tradeoffs exist, and what decisions are needed
