Responsibilities
Collaborate with team of consultants to assess client business operations, identifying areas for improvement, growth, and innovation
Assist in the development of tailored strategic plans that address clients' human capital needs, marketing strategies, technology integration, and client experience enhancements
Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and business projections to support client decision-making
Prepare and present client reports, deliverables, and strategic recommendations
Support the implementation of key initiatives and changes within client firms
Actively contribute to internal team discussions, sharing insights and ideas to improve our consulting tools and processes
Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and help ensure that projects are on track to meet the clients’ goals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in an RIA supporting or related job
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings
