Responsibilities

Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, daily interaction—no traditional lectures, only high-impact peer-level mentorship
Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized pacing for every student
Facilitating small-group sessions centered on life skills, leadership development, and practical success frameworks
Supporting students in identifying their capabilities and broadening their goals via tailored growth strategies
Advancing Alpha's learning approach through continuous innovation informed by data, observations, and forward-thinking proposals

Required

Bachelor's degree from any discipline
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Availability to work on-site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
