Responsibilities
NO SALES, solely setting appointments for the Sales Team
Travel to and from your residence to retail locations and events within our Dayton and Cincinnati territory
Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Cincinnati territory
Understand our products and services to educate homeowners
Engage with homeowners and discuss their windows, baths, & doors
Report to our office in Sharonville for training and meetings as requested
Qualification
Required
Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic
Willing to work independently, while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Assertive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team
Maintains a positive attitude in the face of rejection
Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Reliable Transportation
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, retail, or other related fields
