Responsibilities
Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset of unlimited potential
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize individual education trajectories
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and areas of interest
Qualification
Required
Able to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young learners
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
