Assist with document organization, collection and management using iManage or similar software
Maintain files and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized
Assist with drafting correspondence and client communications
Qualification
Required
Paralegal Certificate and/or College Degree or equivalent work experience
Trial Preparation Experience
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple priorities
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong technological and computer capabilities including knowledge of iManage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
