Senior Manager Compensation

The Senior Compensation Manager will develop and manage global compensation programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness, while also supporting compensation integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Design and manage global compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and equity programs
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness across multiple regions
Administer executive compensation programs, including short-term and long-term incentives, deferred compensation, and equity plans
Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with governance requirements
Design and administer global sales compensation plans that drive performance and align with business objectives
Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance to ensure accurate calculations and payouts
Ensure adherence to global compensation laws and regulations, including pay equity and disclosure requirements
Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation programs
Manage global compensation budgets and partner with FP&A to ensure accuracy and forecasting
Deliver compensation trend analysis and recommendations to the Director, Global Total Rewards & People Solutions
Conduct compensation due diligence during acquisitions
Develop integration strategies for acquired entities’ pay structures and incentive programs
Assist in administration of global equity programs, including grants, vesting schedules, and compliance
Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to optimize compensation programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation management with global scope
Expertise in executive compensation and sales incentive plan design
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Knowledge of global compensation laws and governance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience with equity programs and M&A integration strongly preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent
