Crew Chief - Program Production Crew (Production) /Seasonal Employment

Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Program Production Manager to ensure scheduled events receive the necessary production support for timely and seamless execution of programming within the designated CI facilities
Manage resources, schedule tasks, and maintain a smooth workflow
Engages with the Production & Facilities Crew Assistant Supervisors to provide essential support for the timely execution of programming
Liaises with the Orchestra Stage Manager(s) as necessary for the successful execution of orchestral programming
Interfaces with road personnel to deliver necessary support to the back of the house, when applicable
Assist with miking talent, including placement, troubleshooting, and monitoring, to ensure clear, reliable audio during events
Plans strategically for the allocation of production equipment and resources
Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of facilities, including cleaning, checking inventory, organization and preventive maintenance
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for crew, performers, and patrons
Foster positive, professional communication with crew members, performers, presenters, patrons, and staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming production environment
Reports directly to the Program Production Manager and subsequently the Amphitheater Production Manager
Qualification
Required
