Talent Assistant
HUGO BOSS is a leading premium tech-driven fashion platform aiming to be one of the top global brands. The Talent Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Manager and Senior Director of Human Resources, assisting with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.

Responsibilities
Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings to relevant job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other appropriate platforms
Draft offer letters and assist with the new hire onboarding process
Coordinate and process candidate background checks
Notify the HR Business Partner of any discrepancies identified in background checks
In partnership with the HR Business Partner, issue Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action letters when necessary
Initiate new hire paperwork via DocuSign and ensure compliance with I-9 verification requirements
Assist with IT setup for Corporate new hires based on role specifications
Provide administrative support such as scheduling interviews (in-person and virtual), managing conference/video calls, and tracking candidate activity
Prepare documents for HRIS entry (PAFs) and support SAP data entry as needed
Contribute to the maintenance and reporting of talent metrics and dashboards
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and provide high-quality customer service
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Preferred
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources support role is preferred
