Responsibilities

Create and facilitate engaging, differentiated phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Leverage storytelling and interactive teaching formats to achieve learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and modify workshop approaches dynamically to address each cohort's specific needs
Provide individualized and small group coaching sessions to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications

Required

Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent credential)
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-performing learners in specialized educational settings
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance data
Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young learners through vocal delivery, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
