Strong, effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide
A relevant academic background

Preferred

Proven success delivering 200Gbps+ electrical SerDes and optical interfaces into production
Demonstrated leadership in industry-wide standardization of high-speed electrical and optical interfaces
PhD highly desirable
