Responsibilities

Sell HPE storage products and solutions (block, file, backup, ransomware protection, lifecycle management)
Develop pursuit plans, build and manage the storage sales pipeline, and drive campaigns to generate and expand opportunities
Lead proposals, negotiations, and deal closures to ensure profitable outcomes and revenue growth
Coordinate sales activities with account managers, presales, and channel partners; maintain pipeline hygiene and account plans using internal tools
Articulate technical solutions, ROI/TCO, and business benefits to customers and partners
Engage partners to co-sell and enable technologies, map partner skills to opportunities
Support storage marketing and demand-generation efforts aligned with account strategy
Use references and competitive knowledge to simplify complex technologies and accelerate buying decisions
Build relationships with customers and partners at all organizational levels, including senior executives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of data center /storage sales experience
Proven success in an indirect channel model
Deep competitive knowledge of at least one major storage vendor
Established relationships with key customers in the assigned territory
Expert knowledge across the storage lifecycle
Hunter mentality: strong prospecting, qualification, and closing skills
Selling experience with a major storage company (Dell/EMC, Pure, NetApp)
