Responsibilities

Serving as a mentor to K-2 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and continuous development
Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and passions

Required

Available to work onsite at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Proven public speaking capabilities, with the ability to captivate and energize young learners
A passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
