Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage service delivery activities across operational environments, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Monitor and report on call performance, workload distribution, and resource utilization, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness
Lead after-action reviews to identify root causes of disruptions and implement corrective measures
Drive continuous service improvement, introducing proven technologies and process enhancements to increase efficiency
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team leaders and technical staff, fostering a high-performance culture
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)
Must have a BA/BS in computer science, information technology, or related fields
Must have at least ten (10+) years of relevant IT Service Management configuration and technical leadership
Preferred
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures
Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems
Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
