Responsibilities
Advises senior management on communication strategies to support business objectives and improve organizational visibility
Assists in defining communication plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
Coordinates processes and assignments to deliver effective internal and external communications, managing deadlines and stakeholder requirements
Directs workflow of the communications team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution
Ensures compliance with branding and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication platforms
Identifies, implements, manages, owns, and elevates communications technology platforms
Implements communication policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s strategic initiatives
Manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring that communication strategies are executed effectively and on time
Evaluates performance of communication strategies, using metrics and feedback to improve future initiatives
Hires and develops team members, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure ongoing professional growth
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals
