Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality support to Inspire patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal stakeholders

Serving as the first line of support for patient and physician inquiries related to Inspire therapy, device functionality, mobile applications, MRI compatibility, and related services

Demonstrating strong communication skills, reliability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate evolving procedures while maintaining excellent customer experiences

Attending training sessions and adhering to attendance and punctuality expectations

Communicating all shifts they are open to during screening
