AVOMO is the autonomous vehicle arm of the Moove Cars group, specializing in the maintenance and operations of self-driving fleets. The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the Quality Management System (QMS) in the United States, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and sustain the Quality Management System in accordance with international standards and industry best practices

Define, communicate, and monitor the quality policy and strategic quality objectives

Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of the QMS process map and documentation

Lead the annual internal audit program, including planning, execution, and follow-up

Serve as the primary liaison for external audits, regulatory inspections, and partner assessments related to the QMS

Direct the management of nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions, and risk controls, ensuring effective root cause analysis and timely resolution

Consolidate quality performance indicators and prepare executive-level monthly reports, highlighting audit outcomes, corrective action status, and systemic issues

Develop analytical dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate trends, assess quality performance, and support leadership decision-making

Coordinate system reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with corporate headquarters

Ensure seamless integration of quality practices with Operations, Maintenance, IT, Safety, Security, HR, Legal, and Finance

Promote organizational capability through quality training, awareness, and a culture of continuous improvement

Lead the QMS change management process, ensuring that all modifications to processes, procedures, documentation, and systems are properly assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented. Collaborate with Safety to incorporate risk evaluation into change controls

Continuously monitor regulatory and industry standards to ensure compliance of policies and procedures

Provide oversight, guidance, and performance management for Quality Analysts across all sites
