Responsibilities
Conducting individualized, conversion-focused family tours that clearly communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model
Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions process
Implementing strict safety and safeguarding measures to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families
Directing all facilities management operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor relations, and repair coordination
Analyzing operational and enrollment data regularly to optimize processes and enhance both efficiency and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
