New GradMarshall University School of Pharmacy is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Access, Connections, and Engagement (ACE) Office within the Division of Student Affairs. This role involves supporting programs and initiatives that enhance student success and engagement while providing hands-on experience in student affairs and program development.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ACE Office events, workshops, and activities
Support outreach efforts to connect students with campus resources and community opportunities
Maintain and update ACE Office communications, including email, flyers, and social media content
Collect and analyze data for program assessment and improvement
Mentor and guide undergraduate student staff and volunteers
Provide front-line support for students visiting the ACE Center, answering questions and connecting them to services
Collaborate with campus partners to enhance awareness of ACE Office programs
Assist with office organization, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
Represent the ACE Office at campus and community events as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree seeking Master's Degree
MUST BE ACCEPTED IN GRADUATE PROGRAM
Preferred
Office Administration experience preferred
