They are seeking motivated interns to support investor relations, fundraising, and acquisition activities, providing hands-on exposure to private equity and investment banking operations.

Responsibilities
Market & Target Research: Conduct in-depth research on potential acquisition targets, industry landscapes, and competitive benchmarking
Financial Analysis Support: Assist in building and maintaining preliminary financial models, including comparative company analysis and basic valuation screens
Investor Materials Support: Help draft and format sections of investor presentations (pitch decks), teasers, and information memoranda under close guidance
Deal Pipeline Management: Support the maintenance of the firm's CRM and deal pipeline tracker with accurate and up-to-date information
Due Diligence Coordination: Aid in organizing virtual data rooms and compiling due diligence requests and responses

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
A keen interest in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, or investor relations
Strong analytical and research skills, with a sharp eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage independent tasks in a remote setting
Preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or another major Asian language is a strong plus
