Responsibilities

Draft and file subpoenas and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
Manage e-filing processes across multiple courts
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met

Required

Excellent writing and research skills
E-filing experience required
Ability to work in-office for the first 90 days with minimal absences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Senior candidates must demonstrate independence and minimal need for training
