Responsibilities

Supervises overnight shift at the Front Desk
Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
Works closely with the staff from all departments to assure that standards are being met
Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

Required

Valid work authorization for the U.S

Preferred

Two-years luxury hotel experience
Strong supervisory skills including decision making, communication, deductive reasoning and problem solving
Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
Additional language preferred but not required
Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication Skills
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership
