Responsibilities
Leading adaptive reading sessions that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized engagement strategies that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instruction and identify meaningful trends
Working alongside technical staff to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independently of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond dynamically to student interactions within these systems
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
