Responsibilities

Lead and support global benefits programs across the U.S., Canada, EMEA, APAC, India, and additional international locations
Ensure benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with local market practices
Oversee plan design and administration for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, retirement plans, HSAs/FSAs, and wellness programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for global benefits vendors and brokers
Evaluate vendor performance, manage renewals, and ensure service delivery excellence
Lead Open Enrollment end-to-end, including planning, communications, leadership alignment, and execution
Manage U.S. Leaves of Absence (FMLA, PFL, state-specific programs) and ensure coordination with insurance plans
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations and applicable global benefits laws
Support return-to-work strategies for employees coming back from extended leaves
Own benefits administration within Workday
Partner with internal teams to reconcile benefits billing, review utilization data, and provide cost analysis
Manage benefits budgets and support decision-making around fully insured vs. self-insured plans
Act as a senior individual contributor and people manager (minimum 3+ years management experience required)
Partner closely with global counterparts across regions, including EMEA leadership
Support change management initiatives tied to acquisitions and organizational growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, and external partners

Required

8+ years of global benefits experience, supporting employees across multiple countries
Hands-on Workday experience (required)
3+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits and LOA programs, plus international benefits exposure
Proven experience managing benefits vendors and complex global programs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, change-heavy environment
