Responsibilities
Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways—students advance at their individual pace while you facilitate discovery
Creating and leading life-skills workshops (topics include public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students in recognizing their strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
3 year's experience coaching or mentoring children
Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Willingness to work in-person at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
