Responsibilities
Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and fostering a mindset of unlimited potential
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students advance at individual rates while you facilitate exploration
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—assist students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven public speaking abilities, with demonstrated capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Commitment to working on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
