Responsibilities
Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching and reinforcing reading concepts introduced by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive engagement
Monitoring individual student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches with team input
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individual connection
Qualification
Required
Availability to work full-time on-site at our Miami, FL or San Francisco, CA campus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
3+ years working directly with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining young children's attention in group settings
Capacity to maintain elevated expectations for both yourself and students, while motivating children toward goal achievement
Growth-oriented mindset with receptiveness to coaching
Current legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
