Tax planning, asset protection, and business succession planning (plus, not required)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ recent years of experience handling post-death trust and estate administration
Minimum of 3+ recent years of experience handling probate and trust litigation
Minimum of 3+ recent years of experience handling guardianship and conservatorship matters
Minimum of 3+ recent years of experience handling inheritance and beneficiary disputes
Minimum of 3+ recent years of experience handling trust and estate administration
Minimum of 3+ recent years of experience in drafting and designing comprehensive estate plans and wills
Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
Billable requirement: 1,500 hours annually
Preferred
Tax planning, asset protection, and business succession planning (plus, not required)
