Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations & Digital Systems Intern to support strategic initiatives within their 3D Printing Production environment. This role is ideal for a business school student interested in digital transformation, operations, and technical documentation, providing hands-on experience in these areas.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining SharePoint sites for internal collaboration

Develop and organize content to support operational transparency and team efficiency

Draft and refine quality documentation aligned with ISO and internal standards

Contribute to business plan development through structured technical writing

Support digital file structuring for Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Organize operational documentation to streamline site workflows

Assist in the creation and organization of marketing collateral

Help ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity across materials

Provide light accounting support during business unit migration

Assist in documenting and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Qualification

SharePointTechnical writingMicrosoft Office SuiteDigital file managementFinancial documentationProactive attitudeInterest in 3D printingOrganizational skills

Required

Currently enrolled in a Business, Management, Information Systems, or Marketing program

Strong written communication skills, especially in technical and business writing

Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file management

Analytical mindset with basic understanding of financial documentation

Preferred

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic production environment

Interest in emerging technologies such as 3D printing and digital manufacturing
