Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether held on campus or virtually
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange shadow day experiences for prospective students
Maintain precise and current admissions records, systems, and follow-up protocols
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a closely related area
2+ years in client-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar functions
Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
High level of accuracy and experience managing applicant databases or CRM platforms
Comfortable managing a blend of remote responsibilities and on-campus presence
Capable of quickly adjusting and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused setting
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
