Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business timelines and quality standards
Act as the voice of the customer, continuously advocating for an optimal user experience throughout development
Clarify and define product requirements, turning stakeholder input into actionable development tasks
Develop and manage product roadmaps and release plans, coordinating efforts across teams to meet objectives
Oversee all aspects of product health, including technical infrastructure, features, and ongoing improvements
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience managing Agile software development or content management teams, ideally within education
Proven success in launching and maintaining scalable SaaS educational platforms with high uptime
Familiarity with wireframing, user story development, and analyzing digital applications
Knowledge of accessibility standards and instructional design in digital content production
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and remote team collaboration, working comfortably within Eastern Time hours
