Responsibilities
Training and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at a world-class standard
Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Practical experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
