Responsibilities

Work with product managers to design and build Open Telemetry features that support flexible observability for new technologies
Develop and maintain toolchains to streamline customer adoption of Open Telemetry, building a sustainable ecosystem with partners and customers
Evolve AI-driven automated observability infrastructure. codebase for complete Open Telemetry coverage across all system layers, from agents to frontend
Collaborate with support and internal users to resolve issues
Create documentation, demo assets, and onboarding resources to improve user experience and adoption rates
Work with development teams on integrating Open Telemetry capabilities throughout the platform
Contributing code, reporting issues, and enhancing documentation

Required
