Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements within a manufacturing context
Process Mapping: Create detailed visual workflows and system architectures to streamline production and IT integration
Project Tracking: Manage tasks, user stories, and bug tracking to ensure transparency across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Stakeholder Liaison: Work independently to gather feedback from shop-floor operators to executive leadership, ensuring project alignment with manufacturing goals
System Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation standards for system upgrades or new software implementations
Qualification
Required
Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, or production environments
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and actionable business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
Expert-level task management and sprint tracking in Jira
Advanced visual mapping and flowcharting in Lucid (Lucidchart/Lucidspark)
Preferred
Experience with Benchling R&D Cloud or similar LIMS/ELN platforms is highly desirable
Background in a GxP or validated manufacturing environment
