Responsibilities
Engaging with K-2 students in a mentorship capacity, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term achievement
Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Supporting students in recognizing their unique strengths and areas of interest
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience engaging with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
Proficient public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to captivate and energize young learners
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
