Responsibilities
Conduct professional reference checks for all prospective new hires
Manage the full onboarding experience, including sending onboarding documents, coordinating with IT for desk and hardware setup, assigning parking, and setting up employees in the payroll system
Supporting employee engagement initiatives such as employee lunches, birthday celebrations, and recognition programs
Employment Verification for current staff
Managing employee files and demographic changes in the payroll system and cloud storage
Recruiting for Registered Nurses, Rad Techs, and Medical Assistants for MD² practices, as well as administrative roles on the MD² Team
Coordinating celebratory and recognition purchases for medical office milestones and anniversaries
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum three (3) years of HR Administration experience
Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
Strong time management and organizational skills
A combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge and expertise
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass a background check
Preferred
Experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity and DocuSign experience is preferred)
