Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and basic assessments
Administer medications and treatments under provider direction
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Support physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide patient and family education
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Perform outpatient nursing procedures as required
Qualification
Required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care
Ability to assist with patient intake, vital signs, and basic assessments
Ability to administer medications and treatments under provider direction
Ability to monitor patient conditions and report changes
Ability to support physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to provide patient and family education
