Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities, including labs, cleanrooms, and office spaces
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for facility services, equipment, and utilities
Plan and execute facility upgrades, expansions, and relocations to support business growth
Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital projects and operational expenses
Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience managing facilities in a life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
Strong knowledge of GMP or GxP compliance and EHS standards
Proven ability to manage complex systems (HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities) and facility projects
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to climb ladders or use lifting equipment to access infrastructure equipment on roofs
Preferred
Designing and leading projects related to the construction of chemical laboratories
Negotiating and managing vendor contracts related to facilities maintenance
