Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project planning , including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and reporting
Lead multi-door retail rollouts , ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery
Manage vendors, installers, and production partners to meet brand standards and budgets
Translate creative concepts into build-ready retail specifications
Oversee fixture procurement, order tracking, and logistics coordination
Drive cross-functional alignment , checkpoints, and milestone reviews
Proactively manage risk, change control, and issue escalation

Required

5–10+ years in retail production, experiential marketing, or store buildouts
Proven experience with multi-door retail programs and complex vendor ecosystems
Strong expertise in project management, schedule control, and risk tracking
Advanced proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Box, and Tableau
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience
