Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate practical insights
Working alongside engineers to assess and optimize AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported curriculum materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading standards

Qualification

Advanced certification in reading instructionAI/adaptive learning platformsSmall-group reading interventionsEvaluating reading levelsCreating differentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
A minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within these systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
