Responsibilities
Take ownership of the admissions inbox and deliver prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous care and precision
Attend all admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether held on campus or virtually
Shape admissions policy or render final acceptance decisions
Function exclusively in administrative capacities without direct family engagement
Work within a sluggish, overly procedural structure
Prioritize interpersonal connection over disciplined task completion and accountability
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, whether as an educator, in admissions, enrollment management, or similar capacity
2+ years in roles involving direct interaction with clients, families, or participants—such as admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or comparable functions
Demonstrated administrative and organizational capability; you are dependable and precise
Exceptional attention to detail with proven experience managing applicant files or CRM systems
Comfortable working both remotely and on campus as responsibilities require
Quick to adjust and energized by fast-moving, mission-focused environments
Authorized to work in the United States and available for in-person work in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
