Responsibilities
Performs daily IVF lab services
Implements RMA lab policies and quality assurance program
Analyzes and monitors lab key performance indicators
Organizes lab schedule
Ensures all lab procedures are completed and documented
Helps maintain regulatory requirements
Ensure that team members have the necessary training for proper performance and development
Maintain organization of team members’ timesheets, PTO, etc. to ensure that tasks are properly carried out
Transmit the Company’s policies (health and safety, labor legislation, training, etc.) to ensure compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science – Biological science
Perform and understand clinical embryology principles and techniques
Perform and understand principles and techniques of Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT)
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred
TS (ABB) certification
5-7 years of experience
