FilterBaby is a company reinventing the way people think about water and skin health with their innovative faucet filter. They are seeking a Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven ad concepts, conduct persona testing, and analyze creative performance data to inform future strategies.

Responsibilities
Creative Concepting: Develop performance-driven ad concepts rooted in audience insights, market trends, and competitive research
Persona Testing: Design and execute creative tests across multiple audience personas to identify top-performing messaging and visual angles
Data-Driven Strategy: Partner with growth and media teams to analyze creative performance data and inform future iterations
Research & Insights: Conduct ongoing creative strategy research to uncover new trends, hooks, and emotional triggers for paid social campaigns
High-Volume Execution: Manage a large volume of creative output—overseeing testing schedules, feedback loops, and iteration cycles at scale
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, editors, and growth marketers to ensure creative aligns with business goals and KPIs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of creative strategy experience at a 8-figure DTC brand, or at an agency working with brands
Performance-Oriented: You're passionate about driving measurable results and see creativity as a lever for conversion, not just brand expression
Analytical Storyteller: You combine creative intuition with analytical rigor, translating data into compelling narratives and visuals
Research-Driven: You stay ahead of trends, continuously learning from audience behavior, competitors, and market shifts
Agile & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where iteration is key to success
Collaborative Partner: You enjoy working cross-functionally and value feedback loops that make creativity stronger
