Answering inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using clear, warm, and mission-aligned language
Organizing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow days—handling logistics through post-event follow-up
Maintaining fully accurate applicant records in CRM and admissions platforms
Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's approach, respond to questions, and capture key details
Collaborating with campus and admissions teams to sustain pipeline momentum
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
