The Client Director is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and strategic account planning to increase client spend.

Responsibilities

Own 3–6 major enterprise accounts with annual portfolios ranging from high six to eight figures
Build and execute strategic account plans with 12–24 month growth horizons
Drive renewals, expansions, and cross-practice penetration across IAM, MDR, CAS, SVS, and SES
Maintain strong executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IAM, Procurement, and LOB leaders
Lead QBRs, roadmap reviews, escalations, risk mitigation, and governance meetings
Understand client business objectives and proactively introduce relevant services and modernization paths
Partner with delivery leadership to ensure quality execution and account satisfaction
Maintain accurate forecasting, account health scoring, and financial reporting in SFDC
Represent the company at industry events with assigned clients

Required

7+ years managing large enterprise accounts in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT services
Proven success owning Fortune-level clients and driving multiyear growth
Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex matrixed organizations
Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, especially IAM, MDR, and offensive security
Skilled in account planning, QBR governance, and renewal/expansion strategy
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or similar frameworks
Highly organized with strong financial acumen and the ability to forecast accurately
Travel up to 30%
