Responsibilities
Provide senior leadership for assigned functions, business units, or programs
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives
Oversee multiple teams or departments, ensuring operational excellence and performance delivery
Establish KPIs, performance management frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
Drive process optimization, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategy execution and cross-functional initiatives
Manage budgets, resource planning, and organizational scalability
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; implement corrective and growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop directors, managers, and high-potential leaders
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles
Proven experience managing complex teams, programs, or functions
Strong strategic thinking, execution, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience in multinational, matrix, or fast-growing organizations is a strong advantage
Relevant industry experience is preferred
